patagonìa, viaggio in

venerdì 5 gennaio 2007

Hey everybody!
For those that cannot speak italian I'll give my best in english.
We are right now in Buenos Aires, at the huge central bus station. It's like a travel in the seventies... same furniture, same colors, same technology. There is powder everywhere, except in the public toilet, which are incredibly clean; but the toilet paper is not provided.
We are travelling for more than 30 hours, and other 24 separate us from Bariloce: the starting point of our bike journey.
The first feelings in Argentina: nice people, friendly, happy but somehow also melancholic. The city is warm, not hot, and very very humid. There are many green areas, as much traffic as in Milano and the guiding is chaotic, but less than Napoli.
The "National Big Hole" (il Busone nazionale) is in the waiting zone, alone, keeping on observing our bikes and luggages like a watchdog. I go enjoying him...
